The Exige helmet has the outer shell molded in thermoplastic material of high resistance impact. Its shape has been designed to be particularly resistant to shocks and to the use of neck brace. The inner shell is printed in eps of different density and in two sizes, to absorb the energy generated by an impact. The functional ventilation system consists of an air conveyor positioned in the upper central part of the shell edge, two air vents positioned under the peak and covered by a metal mesh and another air ventilation on the chin guard. The comfortable chin strap has a double locking ring D. The helmet also has a nose guard attached to the chin guard. The peak has been designed not to offer any resistance to air, even at high speeds and is adjustable. Like all the Premier helmets, Exige is also approved according to the ECE 22-05 homologation. |
