The D.F.C. is the recent innovation developed in the TCX® Research and Development Center, with the aim of offering an excellent balance between flexibility and protection. The structure is made up of a special polyurethane compound that facilitates the natural flexion of the foot / leg back and forth, preventing the risk of twisting the joint. The system features a polyurethane skeleton, firmly connected to the boot, through two hidden screws, positioned in the heel area, at the height of the malleolus. At the rear, the system is equipped with two flaps that slide inside special "safety lock" pockets to allow controlled rear flexibility up to 13 °, thus preventing the risk of hyperextension of the joint. The polyurethane skeleton has a thin profile and a design studied to adhere perfectly to the leg; the inside of the boot has a smooth surface, with no grip points and able to offer an excellent level of grip to the bike frame. D.F.C. it is designed to give the boot a high level of protection in the event of an impact; the polyurethane heel is in fact designed to absorb shocks and is equipped with a rear and side magnesium slider to avoid friction and promote natural sliding in the event of a fall. F.F.C. - FASTEN FIT CONTROL (Lacing System) Internal lacing system connected to the boot lining through a quick-sliding lace, highly resistant to wear. The new tongue design, built in soft padded mesh, enhances comfort. This system allows the maximum wrapping of the upper to the foot, respecting the different anatomies and ensuring maximum fit precision and greater sensitivity while driving. FRONT FLEX AREA In the front area of ??the boot, the technology of over injection on elastic material has been applied. This innovative solution is designed to increase foot hold and offer a high level of comfort and fit precision. CLOSING SYSTEM The innovative closure system is positioned on the outer side of the boot. A side band in elastic material is enriched by the over-injection technology and combined with a zip to facilitate a quick fit and offer an excellent level of comfort in the foot / leg area. CALF ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM Designed to offer a wide range of adjustment, the system is equipped with a micro-adjustable and interchangeable aluminum lever that facilitates the adaptation of the shin protection according to the different anatomies of the calf. New sole, perfectly integrated into the design of the boot and built with a mono-color compound, ultra light and highly resistant to wear. The tread is designed with differentiated grip zones to ensure excellent grip on the footpegs and, at the same time, the necessary freedom of movement while driving. UPPER: lightweight and durable microfiber, over-injected front and side panel combined with elastic material; padded rear flex area; internal protection in suede to offer maximum grip.
