The A-5 S Youth Body Armor offers improved structural strength while its grid structure and air channeling allow for optimized airflow, as well as performance flexibility, ergonomics and weight savings. Its high-performance polymer plates are CE certified and feature innovative grid technology for superior impact resistance for all types of off-road riding. • The plate design incorporates an innovative integrated grid structure that, during an impact, absorbs and dissipates energy forces through its cellular structure. The shells are highly perforated for maximum breathability and air ventilation. • All panel shells (rear, front, elbows and shoulders) are made from a high-performance injected polymer blend for optimized flexibility and excellent weight-saving properties. • The plates are ergonomically shaped to follow the natural curvature of the body and are equipped with air channels to improve airflow and prevent heat build-up. • CE certified front chest protection according to EN 1621_3: 2018 Level 2. • CE certified back protection according to EN 1621_2: 2014 Level 1. • CE certified shoulder protection according to EN 1621_1:2012 Level 1. • Protective shells are ergonomically optimized for younger and smaller framed riders.
